ABOUT US

All of Us, Together

We're on a mission to help people get paid fairly.

Who We Are

Our team is made up of technology executives, recruiting leaders, negotiating experts, and product managers, designers, and engineers.

Regardless of our background, we're all here for the same reason - harnessing the power of technology to support people as they navigate important career choices. That starts with having an accurate understanding of your total compensation.

Every one of us has had direct personal experience with a difficult compensation issue, from finding out a recently-hired colleague was making thousands of dollars more to feeling so anxious about asking for a raise that it felt better not to try. Those memories, and the similar issues we hear about everyday from professionals like you, is what keeps us motivated and focused on our mission.

Careers

If you're interested in joining the team and don't see an open role below, contact us through e-mail. We're always looking for great members to add to our team!

Product Growth Internship

You want to become a tech entrepreneur. Your goal is to build and scale products that users love. You're excited to grow your already-capable growth skillset by owning one or more go-to-market channels for an early-stage startup. You love setting goals for yourself, working independently, and doing the very best quality work. That's what we're looking for in our interns.

Why is this different from your standard internship? Most importantly, because we give you ownership - ownership of the channel, ownership of the results. That means you get an equity and commission package that aligns our users' success with yours. You'll also work closely with the CEO, be expected to contribute your own ideas, and find creative ways to uniquely position our brand and product. You'll write your own copy, source your own material, engage directly with users and partners - everything a full-time hire does.

No special projects, no junk drawer work - just the opportunity to help an amazing product find and acquire users who desperately need us but don't know we exist. Read on for the standard details.
